Terms of Service

‘Service’ means the sports data, odds alerts and analytics tools provided by OddsNotifier (‘we’ or ‘us’). ‘You’ means anyone who registers for or uses the Service.

• OddsNotifier is a sports data and analytics service. We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator: we do not offer odds, accept bets, or receive, hold or pay out stakes or winnings.
• Our alerts and data are information, not financial or betting advice, and no result is guaranteed. Any bet you choose to place is between you and a bookmaker.
• The Service is only for people aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for checking that sports betting is legal where you live. See Responsible gambling.

We work to keep our data accurate and current, but errors, delays or outdated information can occur. We are not responsible for losses from actions you take based on data in the Service, whatever its accuracy or timeliness. Please check data independently before relying on it, and tell us if you find an error.

You may not resell or redistribute information from the Service. If we suspect unauthorised resale we may end your access. Automated access through robots, scrapers or other automation is not allowed. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted, ask us first.

Each person may use a free trial once. If we find that you have started more than one trial, we may charge the payment method on file for the relevant subscription, or cancel your subscription and remove access immediately.

You agree to pay subscription fees on time under the terms of your plan. If a payment fails we may suspend or cancel your access. We may change our prices; we will tell existing customers in advance, usually several weeks before, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new price.

Prices in BRL (Brazilian real) are only available with Brazilian-issued cards or local Brazilian payment methods. Customers paying with other methods may be moved to our GBP or other applicable pricing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan then stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded, except where we have made a significant error, in which case we decide on refunds case by case.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We will tell existing customers well in advance about changes to plan prices.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where needed to protect the Service. In those cases no refund is given.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

If a dispute arises about these terms or the Service, we will first try to resolve it with you informally. If that fails, the dispute will be settled by arbitration in Norway under Norwegian law, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
