So you've picked up a subscription to the OddsNotifier +EV Scanner for 24/7 value bets, and now you want to get started but aren't quite sure how. We understand, and that's exactly what this guide is for. Below, we'll walk you through everything you need to know to get you scanning for value.

Pricing Plans

There are three pricing tiers available, and the difference between them comes down to the maximum expected value (EV) you can receive alerts for:

  • £24.99: Alerts up to 6% EV
  • £49.99: Alerts up to 10% EV
  • £74.99: Everything

The Flow of the +EV Scanner

It looks complex at first glance, but it really isn't once you see it laid out. The scanner is built around presets, which are simply sport and market groups such as Football, Corners & Cards, Basketball, or Baseball. Each preset has its own settings, and you configure those using the /edit command.

Say you wanted to edit the settings within the Football preset. You'd send /edit, and the bot will prompt you to select a preset. Choose Football, and you'll see something like this:

This shows the current settings configuration for the Football preset. To change any of it, tap Modify Filters, which lets you set:

  • Minimum EV: the lowest expected value you want to be alerted on
  • Hours until match start: how close to kick off you want alerts
  • Hours after opening: how soon after the market opens you want alerts
  • Min odds: the minimum odds you want alerts for
  • Max odds: the maximum odds you want alerts for
  • Min market limit: helpful for filtering out low liquidity alerts
  • Max market limit: helpful for filtering out high liquidity alerts
  • Bookmakers: choose which books you want value bets from
  • Markets: select which markets you want value bets for
  • Enable/disable draws: turn on if you want value alerts for draws

Once everything is set up the way you want it, select go back to see an overview of your configuration. You can reset to default at any time if you want to start over.

That's the Football preset edited. All that's left is to enable it for scanning: send /presets to the bot and tick the Football checkbox. Repeat this process for every preset (sport or market category) you want value bets from.

Using the /scan Command

This command lets you manually scan for value at any time. Busy with work? No problem, /scan has you covered. Rather than scanning constantly, it only runs when you tell it to, which makes it especially handy if you've got a full schedule and can't have the bot running around the clock.

Using the /league Command

This lets you scan for value bets from one specific league. Handy if there's a big match on TV and you want a value bet to root for. Just send /league England Premier, and the bot will find the relevant league for you to select.

Other Commands

  • /subscribe lets you manage your subscription at any time.
  • /settings lets you set your preferred timezone, suggested stakes, odds format, and whether Pinnacle odds are displayed on your alerts.
  • /help lists all available commands, and provides links to the community chat for support and strategy discussion, video tutorials in both English and Brazilian Portuguese, and the support portal for account queries.
