Finding value bets by hand means checking prices across dozens of bookmakers faster than they change, which isn't realistic. Value betting software does the scanning for you and flags prices that are higher than the fair odds. This comparison covers five established tools, with pricing checked in September 2026.
What to look for in value betting software
- Bookmaker coverage. More bookmakers means more chances to find a price that hasn't moved yet, and it matters most outside the US.
- Sharp references. Value is measured against a fair price, usually from sharp bookmakers such as Pinnacle. Better references mean fewer false signals.
- Speed and delivery. Value disappears quickly. Check whether alerts reach you on your phone (for example by Telegram) or only in a browser tab.
- Tracking. A bet tracker with closing line value tells you whether you're really finding value.
- Price and trial. Plans range from under £30 to several hundred a month. A free trial lets you check coverage for your own bookmakers first.
OddsNotifier
OddsNotifier focuses on alerts delivered to Telegram. Dropping Odds Alerts tell you when a sharp bookmaker cuts a price and which of your bookmakers still offer the old odds, and the EV+ Scanner flags prices above a margin-free fair line. Coverage is global, with 365+ bookmakers, and alerts include odds history graphs and alternative lines.
Pricing: Dropping Odds Alerts from £29 a month (less when billed quarterly), EV+ Scanner from £24.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial on the dropping odds plans.
Best for: bettors outside the US who want alerts on their phone rather than a dashboard, and anyone following sharp line moves.
RebelBetting
RebelBetting is one of the longest-running value betting platforms, with a web app that combines value bets, sure bets and a bet tracker with automatic settlement. It covers 120+ bookmakers, mostly in Europe, and offers a profit guarantee: extra free months until you are in profit.
Pricing: from €99 a month (Starter) to €199 a month (Pro), lower when billed yearly, with a 14-day free trial that needs no card.
Best for: European bettors who want a polished all-in-one web app and are comfortable with a higher price.
OddsJam
OddsJam is built for the US market, covering regulated sportsbooks such as DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM and Caesars. It offers positive EV bets, arbitrage, middles, a promo converter and a bet tracker, and has a separate package for global positive EV.
Pricing: we could not verify prices on its official site. Recent reviews quote plans from around $249 a month, and a 7-day free trial is advertised.
Best for: US bettors using regulated American sportsbooks and their promotions.
Trademate Sports
Trademate Sports puts closing line value at the centre: a value bet finder plus detailed performance and portfolio tracking, with Telegram notifications and optional in-play value bets. Its Core plan covers 100+ bookmakers, and a smaller US plan covers 10 US sportsbooks.
Pricing: from 49 a month for the US plan to 120 (Core) and 400 (Pro) a month, with a 7-day free trial that needs no card. Check the currency on its pricing page.
Best for: bettors who think in terms of CLV and want detailed performance analytics.
BetBurger
BetBurger is best known as an arbitrage (sure bet) scanner, but it also finds value bets and middles, and includes a bet tracker, a Telegram bot and an API. Its coverage is the widest here, at 600+ bookmakers.
Pricing: from €79.99 per 30 days for prematch, €279.99 for live, or €319.99 for both. A free plan with delayed data is available.
Best for: arbitrage bettors and anyone who needs very wide bookmaker coverage.

Which one should you choose?
Start with where you bet. US bettors will usually get the most from OddsJam. In Europe and elsewhere, the choice is between a dashboard (RebelBetting, Trademate) and alerts on your phone (OddsNotifier), or wide arbitrage coverage (BetBurger). Use the free trials to check that each tool covers the bookmakers you actually have accounts with.
Whatever you choose, measure yourself against the closing line, stake a small share of your bankroll, and remember that no software guarantees a profit. New to the concept? Start with our guide to expected value betting.
